Playlists
Photos, files, web pages and designed slides in one rotation. Set how long each slide shows, choose a transition (fade, slide, dissolve, cut or zoom), reorder by drag and drop, and give a slide an expiration date so old promos drop off on their own.
Slide Studio
Design your own slides on a free-form canvas sized for landscape, portrait, ultrawide or square screens. Combine text, images, shapes, a clock, weather, menus, announcements, calendars and live data on one slide, and save it as a reusable design.
Photos and files
Organize photos into albums and documents into file groups. Show PDFs, Word (.docx) documents, and Excel or CSV spreadsheets right on the screen.
Web page embeds
Show menus, promos, or Canva designs: anything with a URL becomes a slide.
Built-in shared calendar
Add one-time or repeating events in the admin console and show them as a list, cards, a timeline or a full month grid. No outside account needed.
Live data
Show live tables, lists, cards and charts from PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server, or from an uploaded Excel or CSV file, with conditional formatting to highlight what matters.

Current conditions and a forecast for the locations you choose.

Secure sign-in
The admin console requires an account login, with optional multi-factor authentication, sign-in lockout, and password policies.
Users, roles and groups
Give people viewer, editor or admin access, organize them into groups, and control who can see each Slide Studio folder.
Environments
Keep separate sites, locations or clients walled off from each other, with their own members and content, and copy a design, playlist or file from one environment to another when you want to share it.
Notifications and audit log
Get an in-app alert when a display goes offline, a backup fails, or a password is about to expire. Every change is recorded in an audit log.

Automatic rolling backups, plus optional off-site backups to any S3-compatible storage.

Runs on small hardware
A Node.js server that installs cleanly on a Raspberry Pi with no native build toolchain. Also available as a Windows installer that runs as a service, and as a Docker image. Data lives in a single file by default, or in PostgreSQL for larger installs.
